I finally saw The Vow! I had no clue that touching story was based on true events. I teared up several times, but laughed just as much. A very sweet and endearing story.

Class was very intriguing. We watched a movie about specific spa treatments to affect different dosha types (Ayurvedic body constitutions). I took notes & plan to try some out very soon!

Another first for today – visiting Carolina Ale House with J! Fun times for sure.
