The last one rings true for me especially today. I met some great people today in clinic and they left with words of praise, saying they felt much better than they expected to. That always makes me feel wonderful and is a great sense of encouragement as I continue my journey to becoming a licensed massage therapist.
This afternoon, I took a much needed rest. (Hence the photo for the day.)
